The Ministry of Finance, Republic of Serbia, acting as a National Authority in cooperation with the Joint Technical Secretariat in Nis, organizes a training events, aimed at “Project identification and planning – preparation of project application form” in relation to the first Call for proposals under IPA Cross-border Programme Bulgaria – Serbia. 

The training events will take place October 22-23, 2009 as follows:

• Vranje – 22 October 2009, in the building of the Municipality of Vranje, Municipal Assembly Hall at 11 a.m. (Serbian time)
• Zajecar - 23 October 2009, in the building of the Municipality of Zajecar, Municipal Assembly Hall at 11 a.m. (Serbian time).
