Training event in Bulgarian language - Second Call - Sofia 08.05.2013
The Joint Technical Secretariat under the Bulgaria-Serbia IPA Cross-border Programme in cooperation with the Managing Authority of the Programme (DG “Territorial Cooperation Management”, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Republic of Bulgaria) and the National Authority (Serbian European Integration Office, Republic of Serbia) had organized a training seminar in Bulgarian language for the beneficiaries of the Second Call for proposals.
The training seminar took place on the 8th of May, 2013 at the “Sofia Princess Hotel” in Sofia. The training had been attended by 111 representatives of the Bulgarian partners, who are members of the project management team. The seminar had been focused on the project implementation and its agenda reflected the structure of the Project Implementation Manual and the four basic topics:
- Monitoring, reporting, contract modifications and closure of the project;
- Eligibility of expenditures and financial reporting;
- Sub-tendering procedures according to PRAG;
- Information, publicity and visibility.
