To the attention of the Beneficiaries with subsidy contracts under the Bulgaria-Serbia IPA Cross-border Programme:

The Managing Authority updated the Project Implementation Manual, version 2.1 April 2012. The changes concern mainly heading „Sub-contracting“(having in mind the changes of PRAG from January 2012), as well as the addition to the Manual with the Procedure for derogation to the rule of origin of supplies. All annexes to the Manual remain unchanged.
