Description: The Programme area, covered by this call has a rich cultural tradition and a valuable heritage. Actually, this diversity is a challenge to be accepted and used positively. Therefore, within this project a cultural heritage is considered as a resource, which will be promoted on the market of fashion products and thus preserving the cultural heritage that will bring profits. It would also affirm the development of small and medium enterprises. The SME sector would help to more efficiently solve the economic problems of the certain communities through the innovative work on the fashion products development.The drivers of success are the modernization of industry in development of the new products with a higher share of value-added, marketing of our own products and brands and developing our own sales network. This project has to start with the reconstruction of the fashion and clothing industry and changing its structure in cross-border programming area covered by this call. To realize this plan the adoption of a product with its own brand name as an indicator of its own culture is essentially important. Then it could be possible to think about increasing the competitiveness and export orientations based on the creativity, design and innovations that are incorporated into the new product. To realize this project plan, the development of small and medium enterprises is required, vocational training and employment in order to mitigate the negative trends in production and increase the competitiveness of the fashion industry in the cross-border programming area covered by this call. The project will be accomplished by incorporating elements of traditional motifs and multi-ethnic population culture in the contemporary fashion products. In that way, the innovations are planned to enter into the fashion and textile industry and to encourage its dynamic economic growth.
