In accordance with the above and in order to ensure successful implementation and achievment of the pointed objectives, the chosen strategy provides implementation of investment and "soft" measures. The first of them are connected with investmets for creating of attractive living environment, throught constructional works of landscape lighting, decorative paving, alleys, sidewalks, curbs and parking lots; furniture and architectural differentiation of recreation areas; reconstruction of playgrounds and park hall and generally to improve social infrastructure in both municipalties. Soft (non-investmment) activities are aimed to give the add value on the investment components and to contribute to achive social cohesion and strong cross-border impact.The revitalization of the park area and cental zone of Dushanci village on the one side and the lights and hall in the park in Vladichin Han on the other, will provide place for organization of diverse cultural events and will underline the touristic attractiveness of the region. The created infrastructure will be used not only for the traditional celebrations of the settlements, but as well for cultural exchange under the current project and under future
initiatives: Bulgarian groups will be guest artists in Serbia and vice versa.
The main stages of successful implementation on the project strategy, are the follow:
1.Preliminary analysis, needs assessment and preparation of project proposal; 2.Establishing a partnership between two municipalities; 3.Formation of team project management; 4.Preparation of tenders documentation under PRAG; 5.Implementation of investments work for improvement of social sport infrastructure; 6.Implementation of activities for social exchange; 7. Activities for information and publicity; 8.Reporting project results;
The successful implementation of the strategy is depended from the methods that will be applied in the process of the implementation of project activities: A)Method of partnership-used to identify the proper partners with similar needs and shared ideas about project investments; B)Method of organization and coordination of the project cycle-in forming a balance team for implementation of the activities, and partners meetings; C)Competitive method - in tendering for outsourcing contracts;D)Methods of financial management - in preparing financial reports for budget implementation; E)Construction methods - in carrying out any constructional works; F)Methods of publicity - for promoting funding from IPA; |
