| Description: |
Project strategy aims to achieve the project goals. It is based on successful completion of project activities as laid out in the detailed time plan below. Most important milestones in the project strategy are:
- formation of a professional project team with competences in project management, waste management;
- using of highly professional consultants for drafting ToRs and tender documentation and procedures;
- conducting of partners summits to exchange practices and experience; establishment of a network for the specialized staff in the administration
- regarding waste management issues and regulations; purchasing of new and modern equipment;
successful implementation of waste removal and waste disposal;
- raising local awareness of environmental protection.
