| Description: |
The project implementation will follow the structure planning - implementation- monitoring. In order to successfully implement the project, we plan to strictly perform the activities planned in the proposal, follow the action plan, periodically assess the results achieved and the needs for improvements. Each partner will be responsible for the effective and efficient performance of the entrusted activities in constant cooperation with the other partners. The project management team will constantly stay in touch in order to guarantee the successful implementation of the project. It will conduct three operational meetings during the project and in the rest of the time will communicate via Internet. |
