Preliminary control of the requests for payment under the Second Call for proposals

In connection with implementation of the projects from 2^nd Call for proposals, the Managing Authority would like to remind all the beneficiaries that according to point 6.3 of Project Implementation Manual all scanned Requests for payments should be submited for preliminary control by e-mail or hard copy to the JTS office. The Requests for payments need to contain all necessary documents – Certificates by the FLC, Invoice reports, Declarations for lack of double financing, etc. The aim of the preliminary control is to help the beneficiaries to clarify technical mistakes and omissions in the Requests for payments by e-mail and phone communication with financial expert in JTS, before official submission of the Requests for payments to the Managing Authority.
