Description: Тhe implementation of the project and preparation of documentation for the modernization of existing infrastructure (for new summer stage in Sokobanja and Palaeo-park in Varshets) will make the conditions for creating the new attractive cross-border tourist product for future products to become real that will present the Serbian and Bulgarian cultural and natural heritage. The basic needs are to intensify cross-border cooperation on both sides of the cross-border region for improved tourist development, constant exchange of knowledge, experience and implementation of activities in tourism, cultural connection, acceptance of differences and similarities intensification, reduction of the excessed unemployment by increasing the surface. Sokobanja has a long tradition in Manifestation tourism. During the summer, the tourist traffic is between 50-70000 tourists who participate in many events. Most events will take place on a existing Summer stage in the park Vrelo in Sokobanja, on cadastral parcels No 3376, 3377, 3378 and 3379 in Sokobanja, which exists since 1960 but to this date - never rebilt. The object is ruined, it is unsafe for visitors and significantly has affect on degradating the natural environment. It is necessary to make a new, modern urban design, urbanistic plan with architectural solution for new Summer stage in accordance with modern requirements which would be maintained in future cultural events that will promote the culture of Bulgaria and Serbia. The Park in Varshets, where there is a great natural and tourist potential. Located in the center of town and covers a large area - now it is a source of clean air and collection of many species of flora and fauna.Creating an architectural design solution would create conditions for the construction of Palaeo-park, where the exhibitions will arrange and promote cross-border cultural and natural heritage of the region. The project involves the creation of technical conditions for maintenance of a new tourist product. It is the preparation of technical documentation for construction of the Summer Stage in Sokobanja and preparing technical documentation for creating a Palaeo-park in Varshets for future networking and valorisation of natural and cultural resources of Varshets and Sokobanja. By connecting people through cultural similarities and differences, preserved cultural and traditional values in arranged natural environment, Serbia and Bulgaria will maintain good neighborly relations, stability and encouraged social responsibility and economic prosperity, acquiring and sharing new and old experiences with each other.
