Considering the above, the FORBEL project has drawn up a strategy focused at achieving quality of implementation and sustainability of results, which is: √ Joint project management – The team consist of equivalent number of experts from both municipalities, which will cooperate in the management of activities and ensure smooth process of implementation
√ Team meetings – the project envisages two official team meetings, at the start of each year. The first one will be a kick of meeting, during which the strategy for project implementation will be discussed, the milestones for the proper implementation will be pointed out and the responsibilities between the team members will be allocated. The second one will be focused on progress of the project. The members will discuss problems and main issues concerning the project.
√ Sub-tendering – As the contracting should be done according PRAG, both members will outsource the activity to an experience company, which will prepare the tendering documentation according to the requirements. Thus, a smooth contracting process will be ensured. √ Construction – the contractors will be selected according to all requirements.
A proper control will be ensured so that all requirements according to the respective legislation will be ensured.
√ Control on the construction – According to the Legislation of the countries a proper control on the construction will be ensured. On behalf of Kostinbrod it will be – designers and construction supervision, as well as investment control by the municipality and control by the respective institutions; On behalf of Gadzin Han – construction supervision will be ensured, as well as constant monitoring by the municipality
√ Official opening of the constructed sites – in order to promote reconstructed sites, both municipalities will organize official opening with participation from the local community
√ Joint development – exchange visit and workshop on opportunities for joint development will be organized, during which ideas for future joint actions for development will be pointed out
√ Visibility – Proprer visibility of the project will be ensured by means of leaflets, publications, broadcasts, posters and billboards. √ Audit of the project – Proper audit reports according to the legislation of the countries will be prepared by independent auditors, in order to verify the expenditures. |
