To the attention of the Bulgarian Beneficiaries under the subsidy contracts, Bulgaria-Serbia IPA Cross-border Programme:
The Managing Authority of the Programme elaborated in assistance to the Beneficiaries example dossiers of single tender and competitive-negotiated procedures for supply, service and works. The dossiers are according to the newest version of PRAG from January 2012 and are elaborated on the basis of the official templates (simplified tender dossier).
