In order to obtain the project objectives and envisaged results, the project strategy includes the following 5 key elements: 1) Elaboration and application of joint balanced policy in the fight with drugs; 2) Creation of a strategic coordination, 3) Improved information volume – increasing the awareness of the students, their parents, teachers and the society as a whole on the problems of drug abuse; 4) Promoting healthy lifestyle free of drugs; 5) Raising the starting age of the first try of narcotic substances for these young people who have decided to try notwithstanding the prevention messages
The chosen project strategy will guarantee reaching the proposed objectives and will bring about tangible results connected with the decreased drug abuse on the territory of Vidin Municipality and Zajecar Municipality.
Main principles for the implementation of the project strategy will be:
Multidisciplinary character – the proposal is based on the principle that only an approach of joint and coordinated actions of professionals and institutions can lead to a successful end
Coordination and completeness in the consideration of the problem and the applied interventions under the project
Systematic approach – the project activities are separate elements of a unified system
Equal access for all and differentiated approach to every age group
Responsibility and evaluation of the effectiveness of the performed activities
Effective communication – a very important condition for successfulness of the project. Major communication element will be the adequate and effective transfer of messages, tasks and idea of the project to the public on both sides of the border and especially the target group of the project.
Resource provisions – financial and personal.
Feedback – a format will be created to survey the opinion of the students, their parents and teachers, in order to receive feedback for the results from the project activities. |
