The Managing Authority has prepared example dossier for public procurement of works (Competitive negotiated procedure/Local open), based on the templates for this type of procurement procedures under PRAG (standard tender dossier), in order to help the beneficiaries in preparation of the public procurement procedures for their projects.

In the preparation of the tender dossier the MA has selected a model of a works contract based on single prices (Unit price works contract), taking into account the specifics of the Bulgarian national legislation in the field of construction - the Law of Spatial Planning (specific texts are marked in red).

The beneficiaries should organize the appropriate types of procurement procedures according to the specifics of the projects and, consequently, this dossier could be expanded and/or modified.
