The Managing Authority has prepared example dossiers for the supply and services competitive negotiated procurement procedures for the Programme beneficiaries. In addition, within the services example dossier, the MA has prepared technical specification for the two most common services procurement procedures: technical specification for organization of events and technical specification for construction work supervision.
The dossiers have been prepared on the basis of the templates for these types of procurement procedures under PRAG (simplified tender dossier), in order to help the beneficiaries in preparation of the public procurement procedures according to their project needs.
The beneficiaries should organize the appropriate types of procurement procedures according to the specifics of the projects (types A2 and B2 according to the approved public procurement plans), and consequently these dossiers could be expanded and/or modified.
