According to the decision by the FLAG Council of directors, municipalities that have been awarded а grant from the Bulgaria-Serbia IPA Cross-border Programme have the possibility to take a loan from the fund.

In accordance with the FLAG policy, only the infrastructure projects can be approved for a loan.
