In response to the questions received from the beneficiaries under the IPA Cross-border Programmes related to the single tender procedure with value under 10 000 euro, the MA has prepared example dossiers for supply and services under 10 000 euro.
The dossiers have been prepared on the basis of the templates for these types of procurement procedures under PRAG (simplified tender dossier), in order to help the beneficiaries in preparation of the public procurement procedures with value under 10 000 euro according to their project needs.
The beneficiaries should organize the appropriate types of procurement procedures according to the specifics of the projects (types A1 and B1 according to the approved public procurement plans), and consequently these dossiers could be expanded and/or modified.
