In cross-border region exist great potential for joint development of cultural events. The project strategy is focused on enhancing capacities through forming the network of cultural events organizers from both side of the border. The project plans following interventions:1 Research on events programme, amount and type of present audiences, outreach and event management. The information will be given through document Study of event tourism in Vidin, Bor and Zajecar district. Based on findings of the Study, other activities will be designed 2 Provision of training and Technical Assistance based on identified needs will carried out. Trainings will be organized by theme, together for participants from both countries. Technical Assistance will offer event organizers possibility to consult expert group, which will be+B86 available for them.3 Material strengthening event organizers will be done by procurement of equipment for the stage (sound and lightening system). This equipment will be on disposal for each event organizer, and regarding this, project team will establish sharing and maintenance system, enabling the optimal use of the equipment by all parties.4 Programme exchange among events will give big support to each other, strengthening the network of event organizers. |
