Main objective: Creating a supportive environment for acquiring knowledge and skills of young unemployed people for full realization through: 1. Establishment of a center for youth employment (structure and material basis), 2. Training for basic knowledge for professional orientation and skills, 3. practical activities for the implementation and promotion of skills and knowledge
