| Описание: |
The proposed project consists of the so called “soft measures” with cross-border effect. The project aims to overcome the specific problems in Nis and Sofia and to improve the indicators for social and economical development. The strategy of the project in order to address these issues includes:
- Strengthening of institutional co-operation across the border;
- Encouraging and supporting the establishment or further development of sustainable co-operation network between local and regional tourism stakeholders;
- Increasing personnel and institutional capability for co-operation and participation in future development programmes;
- Supporting development particularly in the field of tourism development across the border.
